so here’s the deal: we don’t buy into this whole “starving artist” myth.
nahh. creativity and profit can actually hang out together. you can pay rent *and* still make cool shit that feels true to you. well, isnt that shocking?
we’re here to mess around in that weird, beautiful space where *business + design* overlap. a space where making money doesn’t mean selling your integrity, and being ethical doesn’t mean being broke.
cucinelli called it *humanistic capitalism*. we subscribed 
ethiopia is our playground
did you know the creative industry here already makes up *6.2% of GDP*?
yep. and yet people still reduce it to “light manufacturing” like we’re a factory of sad sewing machines.
but the truth? tailors, furniture makers, leatherworkers, product designers, etc, they’re all sitting on a goldmine of skills. with the right push, we can go from “cheap labor” to *design-driven global exports*.
basically: from overlooked to overbooked.
design is more than pretty chairs or sparkly dresses
design isn’t just making “stuff.” (like we need more– scratch that, maybe we do 
) it’s also solving problems in ways that actually improve our daily experiences.
need a bag? cool. but what if that bag also sparks culture, dignity, and a little bit of rebellion? now we’re talking.
*fyi, that’s called resonating with humans. and it’s the opposite when we dictate instead of listen.
intentional design means every sketch, every seam, every prototype *matters*. and yeah, that’s a heavy responsibility. but it’s also ridiculously fun.
here’s what we believe
creativity without sustainability = burnout.
profit without humanity = soulless.
but together? ✨ magic.
we believe design can drive culture, innovation, and dignity all at once. it can transform overlooked communities into hubs of influence.
this is for the curious ones, the restless ones, the people who always thought:
“what if we just built it better?”
so let’s go. ideate. create. manufacture.
not just for profit. not just for art. but for *purpose*.
that’s the manifesto. but really, it’s just an invitation. you in?
